POBCO does not recognize or agree to any terms, conditions, testing, packaging or any other requirements outside our POBCO, Inc. normal and customary terms and conditions. Any deviation from these conditions must be supplied by the customer and received in writing by POBCO, Inc. and agreed to in writing by an authorized POBCO, Inc. representative prior to any order being processed. Addendums to purchase orders are not considered prior approval. POBCO Inc. does not sign or enter into contractual agreements.

QUOTATIONS
Unless otherwise specified, quotations on stock products are for immediate acceptance, subject to prior sales. Quotations on non-stock or custom items are subject to acceptance within (30) days from date of quote. Pricing is based upon quantity quoted and quantity shipped at one time. Custom items are subject to a plus or minus of 5% of quantity ordered, unless otherwise stated in quote.
PRICING & MINIMUMS
UPS or other small package shipments are subject to $100.00 minimum. Truck shipments are subject to a $200.00 minimum and a $200.00 minimum order for International Shipments. Custom made items are priced per quotation only. Other charges may include cutting fee, set up, tooling, engineering, crating and special handling. Rush orders may be quoted with expedite fee.
CREDIT TERMS
Customers and prospective customers whose credit is satisfactory are given open account terms of 1 % 10, Net 30 Days. For customers not granted open terms, POBCO accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Late payments will delay shipment of existing orders. Continued late payments will result in POBCO withdrawing open account status.
WIRE TRANSFER
If paying invoice by wire transfer, customer is required to have entire amount of invoice transferred to POBCO. Customer is responsible for any and all service charges/fees incurred by wire transfer. Any balance remaining on account after transfer is received will be considered "due and payable." Any balances due may delay shipment of new orders.
SHIPMENTS
All shipments are F.O.B. Origin Worcester, MA. When ordering, the customer’s desired method of shipment must be clearly stated. Freight terms are COLLECT ONLY.
CLAIMS & RETURNS
All shipments should be inspected immediately upon receipt by the customer. Claims for damaged product must be signed for as damaged. Claims of incorrect material or shortages must be made within (48) hours of receipt of goods. Requests for returns of product that was "ordered in error" are evaluated on an individual basis and are subject to a restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all freight charges.

The products discussed in our Catalogs are warrantied to be free of any defect in material or workmanship when delivered but are otherwise sold without warranty, either expressed or implied.
Field testing is the ultimate proof of POBCO Products meeting or exceeding your design requirements. POBCO will provide application assistance and will furnish samples for test on your equipment.
