Rollers are constructed with 1.90” diameter, schedule 40 white PVC pipe, and self-sealing molded acetal blind bore spring-loaded ball bearings. These are sealed to avoid moisture or bacteria build-up inside rollers. Easy to install. Includes hex nuts.

POBCO “RP Solid” Series

Rollers are Blue in color, FDA compliant, solid plastic, 1.90” diameter acetal rollers. Ends have ½” diameter x .71 deep blind bores. This series is the most sanitary option. Supported with “stub shaft” #BP08SSBall.

POBCO Polyurethane Roller Covers

Interface Fit Roll Covers

Extend the life of existing rollers with POBCO Polyurethane roller covers. These covers function as a protective barrier to both the roller surface and the materials being conveyed. Covers will not scratch or mar product. They are suitable for many applications including systems with steep inclines in which the urethane helps to grip and move the product more efficiently.

POBCO offers the covers in USDA/FDA compliant Safety Orange color, with 85/88 Durometer.
